About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded, idea-driven designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling. You’ll work on a diverse range of campaigns and creative projects — from streaming promos and artist features to channel branding and listener experiences. You will take ownership of concept development by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, sketching initial ideas, and exploring diverse design directions to transform creative concepts into compelling visual solutions.

You’ll design for:

1. Digital ads, web banners, and landing pages
2. Social media assets across platforms
3. Logos, icons, and branding elements
4. Email marketing and direct mail
5. POS displays, signage, and event collateral
6. Print advertising and brochures
7. Campaign toolkits and presentation decks
8. Unique creative projects such as brand activations, stage branding, and vehicle wraps

Must-Have Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role — preferably in media, entertainment, advertising, or agency
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects, Firefly with Cinema 4D a plus!)
3. Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
4. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or XD for digital/UI design
5. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a big plus
6. Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
7. Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
8. Comfortable balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines
9. Clear communication and a team-first mindset

Nice to Have

1. Experience designing for audio platforms or entertainment brands
2. Animation/motion design skills
3. Photography or photo editing/retouching experience
4. A solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles
5. Experience designing for audio platforms, subscription or entertainment brands
