We are currently looking for a skilled and strategic Manager of Growth Marketing who has a passion for media, music, sports, and entertainment. You will play a key role in managing SiriusXM Canada's paid media marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and performance across digital acquisition channels.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute digital media performance campaigns in social, programmatic, SEM and affiliate.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance targets that align with corporate OKRS.
- Test, iterate, and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall performance across platforms.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPT, CPD etc)
- Build and implement reporting systems to provide actionable insights, with a focus on scalability and cross-channel performance visibility.
- Create standardized playbooks for campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
- Partner with acquisition teams to develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure delivery of monthly targets and acquisition OKRs.
What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or New Media
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of digital media buying experience
- Experience working with agency and publisher partners.
- Experience leveraging a diverse range of digital channels, including Google, Meta, App Stores, SEM, and affiliates
- Experience managing large budgets across a variety of channels.
- Strong technical and marketing knowledge, including an understanding of advertising and media analysis, segmentation techniques, digital acquisition, and agency processes.
- Hands-on platform experience in DV360, TTD, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads
- Experience in Datorama, TapClicks and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack. monday.com (or other project management applications).
- Strong knowledge of measurement tools (i.e. Kochava and Branch).
