What You’ll Do

1. Craft new screens, components, and micro-interactions for iOS & Android.
2. Work in two-week sprints, join stand-ups, refine tickets with product & design.
3. Refactor, write unit tests, keep code coverage > 80 %, and squash bugs.
4. Complete bite-size modules on navigation, animations, profiling, and CI/CD.
5. Pitch & prototype your own “stretch” feature during monthly Hack Friday.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

1. JavaScript fundamentals—ES6+, async/await, arrow functions.
2. React basics—props, state, hooks, JSX.
3. Mobile curiosity—you’ve built or cloned at least one React Native app (personal projects welcome).
4. Problem-solving chops—debug methodically, ask sharp questions, and Google like a pro.
5. Team spirit—clear written & spoken English, respectful Git etiquette, love for feedback loops.

Nice-to-Haves (We’ll Teach the Rest)

1. TypeScript familiarity
2. Expo or bare RN CLI experience
3. REST / GraphQL consumption
4. Basic performance profiling (Flipper, Hermes)
5. Exposure to any CI/CD pipeline
