What Is a Recruitment Funnel?

The recruitment funnel – which can be also called the hiring or talent acquisition pipeline – offers a systematic view of the stages candidates pass through during the recruitment, with the process beginning from the first moment of candidate’s knowledge about existing job opportunities up to the moment of his further hiring and start of his work.
