About the Role

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor who's passionate about beauty and great with people. You'll give consultations, recommend products, and show customers how to use them. We're looking for someone who knows beauty products, can communicate well, and wants to give great service.

Beauty Advisor Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers and assess their beauty needs and preferences
• Provide personalized product recommendations for skincare, makeup, and haircare
• Demonstrate proper use and application of beauty products
• Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and usage
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and promotions
• Ensure product displays are organized and well-stocked
• Process sales transactions and handle returns or exchanges
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Beauty Advisor Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized beauty consultations
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in basic math and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or beauty sales is preferred
• Certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus
