• Develop and maintain documentation for process standards and procedures

Industrial Engineer Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical and optimization abilities

• Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization roles
• Experience implementing process improvements in manufacturing or operations
• Proven success in achieving measurable efficiency gains
• Six Sigma certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
