Exit Interviews

The exit interview is an intended interview that an organization can conduct by its staff before their departure as a result of a voluntary or a compulsory separation. By means of exit interviews, which are usually conducted by HR specialists or managers, departed employees can voice the feedback, explain what caused them to leave and mention their essential ideas. The comments made during exit interviews assist the organizations to discover places for improvement, advance resolving employee concerns and better the employee experience.
