About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused car salesman to join our dealership team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial consultation to final sale. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive market, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Car Salesman Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present vehicle options and explain features, warranties, and pricing
• Arrange test drives and follow up with prospects
• Negotiate deals and work with the finance department on purchase terms
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Process sales paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
