About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Psychologist to provide expert mental health care and support. As the bridge between patients and psychological well-being, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions to improve lives. This role requires empathy, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered mindset.

Clinical Psychologist Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care
• Provide therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methods)
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations
• Educate patients and families on mental health strategies and coping skills
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Align clinical efforts with organizational standards and patient care goals
• Communicate findings and treatment plans to colleagues and stakeholders

Clinical Psychologist Qualifications and Skills

• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic abilities
• Deep understanding of psychological theories and evidence-based practices
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education and Experience Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• 2+ years of experience in clinical psychology or related roles
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Experience providing therapy and conducting psychological assessments
• Certifications in specific therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR) are a plus
