Asynchronous Interview
A one-way video interview or an asynchronous interview is an interview format where candidates address the interview questions on their own using a digital platform or a software program. In contrast to traditional synchronous interviews, which occur in real-time, asynchronous interviews allow candidates to complete their interviews at a time of their convenience but within set time limits.
