Objectives are the target points which are used for guiding recruitment strategies and processes. These objectives will illuminate the organization’s areas for recruitment, staffing, and hiring. Recruitment goals relate with the overall goals of the organization and include things like candidate quality, time-to-fill, diversity and inclusion, cost-per-hire and employer brand perception.
