Production Supervisor Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Associate’s degree acceptable with experience
• 3+ years of experience in production supervision or related roles
• Experience managing teams in a manufacturing or production setting
• Proven success in improving production efficiency or quality
• Certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS CPIM are a plus
