Equity
As for the recruitment and human resources, equity implies the approach of fairness and impartiality in the treatment of employees, providing equal opportunities to all employees and respecting them regardless of their race, gender, age, sexual orientation or disability. The human resources department of a multinational company started an equity plan that was meant for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
