Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination, disciplinary action, or other consequences as outlined in the employment agreement or company policies. In order to foster an atmosphere that is favorable towards harmony and productivity, to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and to foster mutual regard among workers, it is critical that both employers and employees fully understand and adhere to the terms of employment.
