What Is an In-house Talent?

Technically, "In-house talent" refers to an organization's employees. Indeed, they mostly hold executive positions in the organization, and they are not temporary agency or contract hires. In-house talent can include a variety of employees, such as software engineers, designers, marketers, admin staff, and managers. There are multiple benefits arising from workforce retention within the company's talent pool, including better integration with the company culture, higher loyalty and commitment, simpler communication and teamwork, and, eventually, lower prices compared to outsourcing.
