Interview Listing: Search and Filters

Find interview records faster with search and filters

4 min read

  • Search interview records instantly by candidate name or email to avoid scanning long interview lists.
  • Use filters within the Interviews tab to narrow results quickly based on relevant criteria.
  • Access specific interview details faster during follow-ups and feedback reviews within the same job workflow.
  • Improve interview tracking efficiency in high-volume roles by making records easier to find and act on.
What's New

Find Interviews Faster

Recruiters can now search the Interviews tab inside any job using candidate name or email and apply filters directly within the interview list. This makes it much easier to locate the right interview records quickly without manually scanning the full list, especially when managing large hiring volumes.

How To Find

Search Inside Interviews

1. Go to https://app.skima.ai/jobs
2. Select any job where interviews have already been conducted or scheduled
3. Open the Interviews tab
4. Use the search bar to look up a candidate by name or email
5. Apply filters within the interview list as needed.

How It Works

Locate the Right Interview Record

The interview list now supports direct search by candidate name or email, along with filters that help recruiters narrow results further. This allows teams to jump straight to the right interview record without scrolling through the full history. Whether checking feedback before a hiring manager discussion or reviewing interview progress before scheduling the next round, recruiters can find the required information much faster inside the same workflow.

Impact

Cleaner Interview Tracking

This update reduces time spent manually searching through interview histories and helps recruiters stay focused on follow-ups, coordination, and decision-making. For high-volume hiring, it creates a cleaner interview workflow where important records remain easy to access, review, and act on at every stage.
